How to choose the right tummy shaper

For saree wearing: a high-waisted tummy tucker panty is your best option. The high waist sits at your natural waistline where the petticoat ties, locking everything in place. Look for breathable fabric and a flat edge at the top.

For fitted western outfits: a body sculpting waist trainer or full-body shaping slip creates the cleanest silhouette under dresses, jumpsuits, and bodycon outfits.

Sizing rule: if you are between sizes, always size up. Shapewear that is too tight creates a visible ridge above the waistband — the opposite of what you want. Firm should not mean painful.
