Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Due to the nature of the goods, some refunds and exchanges may not be possible for safety & hygiene reasons.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items under the ESSENTIALS category and items under SALE category. Also, all sticky bras, nipple covers and adhesive lingerie accessories which are final sale due to hygiene and safety standards.

To be eligible for a return (Within 3 days of receiving the order), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt OR proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@midnightdivas.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
