At Midnightdivas, we understand that privacy and convenience matter. That's why every order is carefully packed in discreet, unbranded packaging, ensuring your purchase arrives with complete privacy and care.

SRI LANKA

We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka.

• Standard delivery: LKR 400

• Free delivery: On orders above LKR 10,000

Orders placed before 2.00 pm on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times:

• Colombo and suburbs: 1–2 working days

• Outstation: 2–4 working days

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

CASH ON DELIVERY

For your convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available island-wide within Sri Lanka.

Simply select COD at checkout and make payment in cash when your order is delivered.

A few things to note:

• COD is available for orders up to LKR 25,000. Orders exceeding this amount must be prepaid.

• We kindly recommend having the exact payment ready, as our delivery partners may not always have change available.

• Our Client Care team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

• If we are unable to reach you after two contact attempts, your order may be cancelled.

Please note that Cash on Delivery is available only for orders within Sri Lanka. All international orders must be prepaid.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected destinations, with flat-rate delivery charges.

International orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note that any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee or checkout total.

To help us ensure a smooth delivery experience, please double-check that your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

Our delivery partners may contact you to coordinate delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, public holidays, industrial action or customs clearance.

Should you experience any delay, our Client Care team will be happy to assist you and follow up on your parcel.

Please note that delays caused by external circumstances may affect estimated delivery dates.
